Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Nice to pee app. Vasilis Giotsas ("we") runs the app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in secure and use one account per person. You can delete your account at any time in Profile.

What you post

Ratings, reviews, photos and places should describe your own honest experience. Do not post:

photos taken inside a toilet or a cubicle, or photos where you can recognise a person;
names, phone numbers, email addresses or other personal details of anyone, including staff;
abuse, threats, hate, sexual content or anything illegal;
fake ratings, ratings of your own business or a competitor's, or ads.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, show, adapt and share it in the app and on its website, and that licence continues for reviews kept without your name after you delete your account.

Moderation

Anyone can report a review, photo or place. Content that gets several reports is hidden until a moderator looks at it. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms, and we check every photo before it appears.

Use the information with care

Scores, opening hours and checklist facts come from other users and from OpenStreetMap. They may be out of date or wrong. Check the place yourself, respect each venue's rules, and stay alert to your own safety. A good score does not guarantee that a toilet is clean, open, free or safe when you get there.

The service

The app is free and provided as it is. We may change features or stop the service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for anything that happens at a venue listed in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Changes and contact
